Randall Consulting offers numerous electronic discovery classes nationally throughout the year. The reasoning for these classes is simple. There was not enough knowledge and training courses on the market for those at service providers, law firms, corporations and government agencies in regards to electronic discovery. Because of that we decided to create and develop EDD classes that were detailed but also to the point where each student could fully understand the topics. Electronic Discovery Software- As a company Randall Consulting has stayed away from developing software because we wanted to stay neutral and review products from a neutral point of view. However, knowing there was an accuracy issue with loading e-mail stores into some electronic discovery programs and not seeing anything on the market now or in the future to properly address this problem we created a product to help solve this problem.
Not all electronic discovery processing programs can go unlimited nesting in e-mails, read all embedded objects and attachments, read files embedded in Adobe .PDF files, and go multiple levels down for container files. Because of this weaknesses and the need for a program to read 100% what is in a .PST file Exactus was created to solve these problems. It will have the ability to read and report on what is in a .PST file. To show the parent and child relationship of all embedded items, to show system files, to read further down in terms of nesting than any other program. The reasoning here is for a user to bring a .PST file into Exactus and see the results and then load the same file into their EDD processing program. Is their a difference? If so what can the user do about it? At least now they have an understanding of what files were not loaded or even read. This can also work for a law firm or corporation who is sending data to a service provider. By knowing the total document count of all e-mails and attachments then can now have a betetr grasp on if their vendor is 100% accurate and what files they missed if any.

TextUtil- TextUtil is a utility that will convert text files from multi-page to single-page and vice versa with a load file. It will also convert from multi-page text files to single-page text files without the need of a load file. TextUtil will also be able to rename text files.
